December Announcements

  • Pilgrim Fellowship
    Thank you to everyone who bought a wreath! The Angel tree is up in the sanctuary and the unwrapped gifts are due Dec 11-18. We are making cards to be sent to soldiers serving during the holidays. Regular PF meetings will resume on Jan 8, we’d love you to join us!
  • The Elves Workshop

    Dale Hall will become a Christmas workshop where your child can make gifts for family members. Help will be on hand and all materials will be provided.  See you on Sunday Dec 18 from 11:30 am-1:00.
    •       FCCB Food Pantry
    We always appreciate any donations.  This week we are low on toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels, spaghetti sauce and canned fruit, Progresso soup, tea bags and coffee.  Thank you for your support!
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day Community Brunch 
    Will be on January 16, 2017. Tickets ($5 per person) are available during coffee hour. If you would like to assist in the planning and/or helping out with that brunch, please contact Andrew Jennings at aajennings@aol.com or (978) 663-8193. There is a brief meeting today after church in the parlor.
  • Recovery Bible Study 
    To support those in recovery. Wednesdays at 6:30 in the library. See Rev Katherine for more information.

    Weekly Sunday evening worship 6 pm  All are welcome!

November Events!

Friday November 11 at 6pm we are having a service to honor our veterans.  We will have new flags presented and Boy Scout Troop 11 will have a Flag Retirement ceremony after the service. 
Saturday November 12 from 9-2 is our Craft and Vendor Fair. Local crafters and vendors, a clam chowder luncheon, raffles, crafts and baked goods will be on sale. Come support our church!
Tuesday November 22 at 6:30pm there will be a Community Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration at the First Parish Church in Billerica center. All are welcome, the church is accessible and this is sponsored by the Billerica Clergy Association.
Thursday November 24 at 2pm we are having our Community Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, squash, green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls and of course pie will be served. All are welcome, there is no charge. Please rsvp by calling 978 663-8433.

Recovery Bible Study

A recovery bible study group began on Wed Nov 2 to support those in recovery.  It will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the library. For more information talk to Rev Katherine.
